Need receptionist coverage on an as and when needed basis? Whether your regular receptionist is out sick or on holiday, or you simply need a break from answering calls yourself, our Subscription Service offers the perfect solution.
Enjoy the flexibility of 30, 20 or 10 days of coverage over a 12-month period, used whenever you need it. No need to give us any notice – simply let us know via your dedicated WhatsApp group when you require coverage, even if it’s just 5 minutes notice!
Once everything is set up, you can use our service Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with just a moment's notice.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
An onboarding call will be scheduled with, our Managing Director, Ayesha. The purpose of this call will be to gather all the essential details about your practice. This ensures seamless integration and exceptional service for your patients. We'll discuss clinic locations (including helpful landmarks), pricing structures (including consultation charges), specific patient instructions (like pre-wax removal oiling), home visit radius, accessibility information (disabled access, steps), and parking availability. This information is compiled into a detailed guide for our team.
We will then order a dedicated phone line for you (typically set up within 24 hours). This line will be used to divert your calls and also to make outbound calls on your behalf, such as following up on internet enquiries. Crucially, this line will have your local area code, so when we contact patients, it appears as though we're calling directly from your clinic.
Finally, we will create a dedicated WhatsApp group for quick and easy communication. You can use this group to notify us when you need coverage and to send us any internet enquiries you'd like us to handle.
